The user can configure the vehicle data and add it into the program, by means of Excel. An automatic allocation of customers will be held directly to vehicles so that the routes are going to be better planned.
Takes into account the necessary resources and rest times of each driver so travelling times will be calculated in the most efficient manner.
It serves for individual drivers and for fleets. There is no limit to your mobile unit!
Basic configuration:
- Arrival and departure vehicle base: the arrival base can be different to the departure base (e.g. the arrival base can be at the driver’s home)
- Start and end of the working day: allows to personalize the timetables for each driver/route
- Maximum driving time allowed.
- Mandatory rest and meal breaks for drivers: consider the time that the vehicle is stopped to calculate the total time of the route.
- Special requirements of the vehicles.
Advanced configuration:
- Cargo control: You can specify the type of cargo being transported to optimize the space of the vehicles at the warehouse.
- Multi capacity: Optimize routes for a vehicle transporting goods separately.
